There are 4 phases. Phase 1 is to raise money to complete and cover the necessary up-front costs of developing your collection. Phase 2 is to raise money for launching a fashion presentation or fashion show. Phase 3 is to see the demand for your commercialized pre-order items. Phase 4 is to graduate from 4-Steps Program and enter the Marketplace or other retail channels.
